MyVehicles is a vehicle management app developed by Brady MD. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.
All data you enter into MyVehicles — including vehicle details, service history, MOT records, driver profiles, insurance information, and notes — is stored locally on your device only. No data is transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party.
MyVehicles may request access to your device camera and photo library to allow you to attach photos of your vehicles and documents (e.g. insurance certificates, MOT certificates, service receipts, driver licences) to your vehicle records. These images are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared externally.

The app includes an optional "tip jar" feature to support development. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (via In-App Purchase) or Google (via Google Play Billing). We do not collect, store, or process any payment information. All purchase data is managed by Apple or Google according to their respective privacy policies.
The app provides a backup and restore feature that creates a local ZIP file containing your vehicle data and attached documents. These backup files remain on your device unless you choose to share them yourself (e.g. via email or a file-sharing app).
MyVehicles does not knowingly collect any data from children. Since no data leaves the device, no personal information of any user, including children, is collected or processed.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
