  • Where is my data stored?
    All data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted database. Nothing is sent to external servers. Your vehicle information, service records, and documents never leave your phone.
  • Does the app work offline?
    Yes. MyVehicles is designed as an offline-first application. Every feature — vehicle details, service history, MOT records, emergency contacts — works without an internet connection. This is intentional: when you need your breakdown cover number on the hard shoulder, you cannot rely on signal.
  • Can I back up and restore my data?
    Yes. Use Settings → Backup & Restore to export your full database to a local file. You can then copy that file to safe storage and import it on the same or a different device to restore everything.
  • Does MyVehicles support multiple drivers?
    Yes. You can create driver profiles for each person who uses a vehicle. Each profile stores its own licence details, emergency contacts, and medical notes — handy for families or shared cars.

    Your data stays yours

    MyVehicles does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data outside your device. There is no cloud sync, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app requires no account and no sign-in. Your vehicle information, documents, and driver profiles exist only in a local database under your control.
