  • Where is my data stored?
    All data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted database. Nothing is sent to external servers. Your holiday plans, bookings, and documents never leave your phone.
  • Does the app work offline?
    Yes. MyHolidays is designed as an offline-first application. Every feature — holiday details, accommodation, travel, activities, itineraries, documents and costs — works without an internet connection. Perfect for when you're abroad without data.
  • Can I back up and restore my data?
    Yes. Use Settings → Backup & Restore to export your full database to a local file. You can then copy that file to safe storage and import it on the same or a different device to restore everything.
  • Can I add multiple travellers?
    Yes. You can create traveller profiles for each person on the trip. Each profile stores passport details, travel insurance, emergency contacts, and medical notes — handy for families or group holidays.
  • Can I attach documents like booking confirmations?
    Yes. You can attach photos, PDFs, and other files to any holiday, accommodation, travel booking, or activity. Take a photo with your camera, pick from your gallery, or select a file from your device.

    Your data stays yours

    MyHolidays does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data outside your device. There is no cloud sync, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app requires no account and no sign-in. Your holiday plans, documents, and traveller profiles exist only in a local database under your control.
